All data is stored on German servers in accordance with the GDPR. Files are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We take data protection very seriously.

Yes, TaskMotion offers import functions for common file formats. Our support team will be happy to help you migrate your existing data.

TaskMotion generates GoBD-compliant invoices with sequential numbering, automatic reminders and an optional EPC QR code for instant bank transfers. Time entries and expenses can be transferred directly to invoices.

TaskMotion is built as an API-first platform. All features are available via REST APIs. Integrations with popular tools are in the pipeline.
